Brad Kirkpatrick, Sales Representative
Brad began his real estate 20 years ago with Colliers International, a leader in global commercial real estate services. Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Brad had held senior marketing and sales positions with Loblaw Companies Limited, Libbey St Clair Limited, and General Foods Limited.


Brad’s Real estate experience and successes has involved a broad base of activity and disciplines working with real estate developer, property owners, investors, landlords and tenants. Areas of expertise have included but are not limited to: land development, asset acquisition and disposition, sale/leaseback, leasing and lease renewal.

Having served as Executive VP for the Toronto Real Estate Board, as well as his role in numerous TREB committees, Chris is invaluable to the leadership team, providing Chestnut Park agents and their clients with immediate access to legal counsel and guidance.


Richard Stewart, LLB, LLM, Vice-President, Legal Counsel, Sales Representative

 

Richard Stewart is a lawyer who has practiced in both the private and public sectors, and draws upon his experience in real estate. Richard contributes additional depth to the Chestnut Park leadership team by ensuring ongoing accessibility to legal counsel and assistance on professional and practical issues that arise in the course of real estate transactions.

Maria Neves is an experienced marketer and integral member of the Chestnut Park leadership team, having worked in a variety of roles since the brokerage was founded in 1990. Maria leads the marketing team at Chestnut Park, enhancing the Chestnut Park brand and its marketing presence. Maria is devoted to the success of the brokerage, its agents, the Chestnut Park brand and the strategic development and placement of Chestnut Park's marketing vehicles.
